Meta Will Label AI-Generated Images On Facebook And Instagram
Meta announced on Tuesday that it would begin labeling AI-generated images on Facebook and Instagram.
The social media giant will begin labeling AI-generated images on Facebook, Instagram and Threads.
Meta, which includes Facebook, Instagram, Threads and WhatsApp, already applies the "Imagined with AI" label to images created using its Meta AI feature.
Clegg said the labels will be applied to images from Adobe, Google, Microsoft, Midjourney, OpenAI and Shutterstock.
