Quick Oats Raisins Nut Butter Maple Syrup
Cashews Cranberries Maple Syrup Hot Water
Soak the cashews in boiling water.
Make the crust. Add the oats, raisins, nut butter, and maple syrup to a food processor.
Pulse until combined. The mixture should be easily pressed together.
Press the crust mixture into the cups of a muffin tin.
Make the filling. Drain the cashews and add them to the food processor along with the cranberries, maple syrup, and hot water.
Blend until the mixture is silky smooth.
Pour into the muffin cups.
Freeze several hours.
