PEACE CENTRE & PEACE MANSION

$650 MILLION

It was sold to property developer Chip Eng Seng, a SingHaiyi joint venture and Ultra Infinity. It is the largest collective sale by quantum so far this year.

HIGH POINT CONDOMINIUM

$556.688 MILLION

It was snapped up by Hong Kong developer Shun Tak Holdings. The sale price is the highest land price (psf ppr) transacted since July 2018.

WATTEN ESTATE CONDOMINIUM

$550.8 MILLION

A joint venture between UOL Group and Singapore Land Group won the tender. The price tag is about 10 per cent higher than the minimum price of $500 million announced in September.

FLYNN PARK

$371 MILLION

The freehold condo in Pasir Panjang got lucky in its second en bloc attempt, and was sold to a joint venture between Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments.

MAXWELL HOUSE

$276.8 MILLION

The 52-year-old building is also second-time lucky with its collective sale bid. The tender was awarded to a joint venture between subsidiaries of developers Chip Eng Seng Corp and SingHaiyi Group, as well as Hong Kong-listed Chuan Holdings.
